A circular 6 mile walk through woodland, passing Exbury Gardens and then along the shoreline at Inchmery House to return to Lepe.
Exbury was a haunt for smugglers and the Watch House for the Chief Preventive Officer is en route. Lepe was a departure point for troops, vehicles and supplies for D-Day and the remains of amphibious operations can still be seen.
