You should be able to edit your new group page from here by clicking the link below. Please refer to the Web Manager you need a username and password or training in editing your page.
If you prefer the changes to be made for you, please send the necessary information to the Web Manager.
Cancellations
If you do cancel your face to face meetings please inform our Group Coordinator2 immediately so that she can cancel the room booking and ensure future invoices are correct. Please also inform the Web Manager so that the information on our website can be amended.
Visitors
Our Policy is that non-members are welcome to attend one Interest Group as a 'taster' before joining our u3a. Please let the Membership Secretary know the name of any such visitors to your group.
We have reciprocal arrangements with other local u3as that allow their members to attend one of our interest groups without joining Eastleigh District provided that
- their home u3a does not offer the same group,
- by attending they are not preventing any Eastleigh District members from joining the group, and
- they attend only one of our interest groups.
Under these circumstances the visitor can apply to become a Reciprocal Group Member (RGM) . Please download the application form and ensure the visitor completes it. These should be passed to the Membership Secretary who will add the member to our database.
Please make it clear to the RGM that if your group is full and subsequently an Eastleigh District members wishes to join, the RGM will be required to step down. Alternatively, if they wish to become an Associate Member which holds the same rights as a Full Member, please refer them to the Membership page on this website..
