Due to current numbers in the groups they have been merged into the Improvers group. The Beginners may restart in the spring if there is sufficient interest.

Both groups are limited to 10 players as we meet in members homes. Experience has shown that it is very rare for everyone to be there for any one week.

Monday afternoon sessions normally involve playing a few hands and then collectively analysing each under the guidance of the experienced group leader, with concepts and conventions being introduced slowly.

The weeks the sessions take place on is normally the 1st and 3rd but may change to accomodate members availability.

We will use the ACOL system which is the most common bidding system used in the UK.
